Free end-user access
Pet owners can search, browse and enquire through PetGuides.au for free. We do not charge pet owners to send enquiries to listed businesses.
Pet Pro Owner subscription
Pet Pro Owner is A$199/year, billed annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals and your listing reverts to the free tier.
Acceptable use
You must not scrape our directory, send spam through enquiry forms, impersonate a business or person, interfere with the service, or use PetGuides.au for unlawful activity.
Listing accuracy
We strive to verify listing data before publication. Once a listing is claimed, keeping hours, services, contact details and other business information accurate is the responsibility of the business owner.
Directory-only service
PetGuides.au is a directory. We are not a veterinary service, grooming service, trainer, kennel, daycare provider or emergency service. We do not guarantee health, behavioural, grooming, booking or business outcomes.
Emergencies
If your pet may be poisoned or facing another urgent issue, contact a veterinarian directly. Where relevant, emergencies should also include a phone call to Animal Poisons Hotline on 1300 869 738.
Intellectual property
PetGuides.au content, branding, page layouts and directory materials are owned by us unless attributed to another source. You must not copy, republish or commercially reuse them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You submit to the courts of Western Australia for disputes connected to these terms.
