If your business is in our directory, you can claim it to manage details, opening hours, services, photos, and respond to enquiries. Verification takes ~24 hours via your business email or phone.
Claimed owners can see all incoming enquiries, mark them as replied, and track Pet Pro Owner subscription status from /dashboard/. We're still adding photo uploads, calendar-blocking for opening hours, and one-click verification requests — but the inbox + tier management are working today.

Saved-favourites and pet profile features are on the roadmap, but they will work without an account — saved locally to your browser, exportable on request. PetGuides.au will never require you to sign up.
